Professional Bodies

Professional bodies in an engineering college are organizations that aim to enhance the academic, technical, and professional development of students and faculty. These bodies often host workshops, seminars, conferences, competitions, industrial visits, and training programs to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.

  • Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE)

    • Focus: Faculty and student development, curriculum enhancement, and professional training.

  • Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE)

    • Focus: Electronics, telecommunication, and allied fields.

  • Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)

    • Focus:  Dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.
