World Red Cross Day is organized by the Youth Red Cross (YRC) and National Service Scheme (NSS) of SJM Institute of Technology, SJM School of Engineering, Chitradurga, in association with IRC and IQAC. The event is conducted to promote humanitarian values, social responsibility, and voluntary service among students and the community while encouraging youth participation in social welfare activities.
Distinguished guests including Mr. E. Arun Kumar, Vice Chairman of the Indian Red Cross Organization, Chitradurga, Shri Srinivas Malali, Director and Youth Red Cross Coordinator, and Shri Mazhar Ullah, Secretary of the Indian Red Cross Organization, Chitradurga, will grace the occasion.
The event is coordinated under the guidance of Prof. Neelakantappa T T, Youth Red Cross Coordinator, Dr. Bharath P B, Principal, and Dr. Niranjan E, NSS Coordinator of SJMIT.
