Aims and Objectives of the Mentoring System
- To establish a strong and effective relationship between mentors and mentees, thereby bridging the communication gap and fostering mutual trust.
- To monitor and enhance the academic performance of students through continuous guidance and support.
- To identify and address academic, personal, and social issues affecting students, ensuring their holistic development.
- To provide a supportive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment that promotes overall student well-being.
- To encourage and motivate students to pursue higher education, professional development, and competitive examinations.
- To discuss and address stress-related concerns and provide appropriate guidance for maintaining mental and emotional well-being.
- To monitor students’ academic engagement, participation, and progress, and to evaluate learning outcomes effectively.
