A Mentor Monitoring Committee (MMC) is a group formed within an educational institution, training program, research organization, or workplace mentorship initiative to supervise, guide, and evaluate the mentoring process. Its main purpose is to ensure that mentors and mentees receive proper support and that the mentoring program achieves its intended objectives.
