A one-day technical talk on “Development of Software Tool for the Design of Rooftop Solar PV System” was organised by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at SJM Institute of Technology, in association with IQAC and ISTE, on 08 April 2026 at 10:00 AM in Sir M.V Hall. The session was delivered by Prof. Ajjanna N. G (Alumnus), Assistant Professor in the Department of EEE at JNNCE, Shivamogga.
The talk provided valuable insights into modern software tools used for designing rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, along with their practical applications in renewable energy. The event was coordinated by Prof. Roopa S and Prof. Sudha T, under the guidance of IQAC Coordinator Dr. Rajesh A M, Head of the Department Dr. Kumaraswamy B G, and Principal Dr. Bharath P B.
