The Department of Civil Engineering, S.J.M. Institute of Technology, Chitradurga, in association with CD-PACE (Chitradurga District Practicing Architects and Civil Engineers Association), successfully organized an Awareness Program on the Karnataka Professional Civil Engineers Act (KPCEA) on 25th October 2025 (Saturday) at Sir M. V. Seminar Hall.
The program aimed to create awareness among faculty members, practicing engineers, and students about the importance of professional regulation, licensing, and accountability in civil engineering practice under the KPCEA.
