“From Sensors to Decisions: IoT Data Analytics”
The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering organized a Five-Day Hands-on Workshop on “From Sensors to Decisions: IoT Data Analytics” from 18th to 22nd September 2025 at the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Seminar Hall. This workshop gave knowledge to participants with practical exposure to IoT systems, focusing on sensor data acquisition, processing, and data-driven decision-making using modern analytics tools. Participants learned how to interface sensors, collect and analyze data using Python, and apply basic machine learning techniques for smart decision-making.
