Green cryptography focuses on creating energy-efficient cryptographic methods that reduce environmental impact. By using lightweight algorithms and optimizing performance, it aims to lower the energy consumption of secure digital systems without compromising security.
The Workshop was organised by Department of Computer Science and Engineering on 02/09/2025 aiming 7th Semester CSE students,who study the cryptography Subject. The session was led by Mr.Abdul Khaliq, an expert in cryptographic systems and sustainable computing. The workshop covered the fundamentals of green cryptographic techniques, their real-world applications, and the importance of reducing the environmental impact of digital security.
