SJM Institute of Technology (SJMIT) proudly inaugurated the Centre of Excellence Lab on 1 October 2026 and commenced a 21-Day Cybersecurity Training Program for selected final-year students, marking a significant step towards strengthening industry-oriented technical education and promoting a safer digital future.
The Centre of Excellence Lab was inaugurated by our esteemed Principal in the gracious presence of Mr. Praveen V. Gasthi and Mr. A. Jakhulla, Senior Managers from ICT Academy, along with the respected Heads of Departments, faculty coordinators, staff members, and students.
The 21-day cybersecurity training program is designed to provide students with hands-on practical exposure, industry-relevant skills, and valuable insights into the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity. The initiative aims to enhance students’ technical expertise, develop their problem-solving abilities, and prepare them to address emerging cybersecurity challenges.
