The Department of Civil Engineering<\/strong>, S.J.M. Institute of Technology, Chitradurga<\/em>, in association with CD-PACE (Chitradurga District Practicing Architects and Civil Engineers Association)<\/strong>, successfully organized an Awareness Program on the Karnataka Professional Civil Engineers Act (KPCEA)<\/strong> on 25th October 2025 (Saturday)<\/strong> at Sir M. V. Seminar Hall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program aimed to create awareness among faculty members, practicing engineers, and students about the importance of professional regulation, licensing, and accountability in civil engineering practice<\/strong> under the KPCEA.<\/p>\n
